Device shuts off after 5 seconds and doesn’t want to charge my Apple products

I had exactly the same issue. I set the AirBox aside for over two weeks. On a whim, with it closed I connected my iPad Pro to it with a USB-C to USB-C cable and the iPad started charging - and it stayed charging. I opened the AirBox and the iPad continued to charge. I pressed the "on" switch on the AirBox and placed my iPhone 12 Pro and AirPods Pro onto their respective pads - and they started charging too (and remained charging). I really do not know what changed or how it changed - but it is working properly now.

Just purchased this and found out it does not support series 7 Apple Watch according to the insert. Will you be upgrading this device to support it?

Actually, the Airbox supports all Apple Watches. The insert you have may be outdated.

Does the airpods 3 gen case fit in the airpod space? the case is not the same as previous models and the space looks cut for the pro only.
