2Amp Pull Cord Switch with String for Ceiling Lights

These are used on various products. These ones have been used on some wall lights. They function ok.

Pull the cord gently if you want this switch to last. We had to buy a 2nd one as the first one stopped working when I pulled the cord with a bit of aggression!!

I bought this to replace the faulty switch on a "Lumo Ecllipse" low voltage flourescent light fitting in the shower of my touring caravan. I had had a bit of difficulty finding this at a sensible price elsewhere. The switch is a straight replacement for the original and takes about 15 minutes from start to finish to do the job. It doesn't have a distinct click when switching on and off, but the original didn't have either. It works perfectly well and so far looks like good value for money.

Good pull switch. Bought this to replace a broken switch, fitted in perfectly and works straight away. The pull cord is rather long, which is great so you can cut to length as desired. Value for money.

The mechanism works like a charm, smooth and quiet. Great replacement for an old knackered one.

I bought this switch to replace something similar in a 20 year old bathroom striplight. It was a tiny bit bigger than the one it replaced, but fitted with minimal modification. Hey presto: a light as good as new!

Product works but the on off switch itself doesn’t appear to be very refined. Also the string pull is a set length and you have to cut into the plastic pull itself to adjust the length which seems ill considered. But it does work, reasonably priced but if I need more I will look elsewhere
