Easy to use! Great value!
The value of this product does match the price! It’s so easy to use and to follow the directions! I use it to make vegan gummies for my toddler and it works so well.

Such a GREAT product for making jam!!
I have never used anything other than fruit pectin to thicken my fruit jams, but to save costs I ordered a 4 oz. bag of the Agar Agar and took a chance. And OH MY GOODNESS!!! I am sooo glad I did! This is a TOTAL game changer! No aftertaste. No scooping foam off the top of my fruit before canning. And I only used about 2 oz. for 17 jars of jam!! I will DEFINITELY be ordering more of this when I make jam again. Watch my video for more tips how to prevent clumping.

great veggie gelatin substitute
Shipping was fast and product is as described/ I tried to make gummy bears with it mixing it into elderberry juice I had premade. It dissolved well and after the mix came to a boil and simmered for about 3 min it began to thicken along the sides (I whisked constantly) Then I let it cool in the uncovered pan for about 7 min and quickly used a dropper to transfer into silcone molds, as it cools it sets up quickly so worked fairly fast and then I refrigerated. They made "jello" bears :{ instead of gummy bears Not the fault of this product though
