About 5 years ago I bought a wax jacket that cost 4 times this one and honestly you would think it's the other way round, this is well made and really warm, the more expensive one did have a couple more pockets but doesn't really make any difference, also this one has a removable hood which the other didn't. Obviously time will tell if it lasts as long, but at this price you can buy 4 compared to the more expensive one. Highly recommended.

Great jacket second one I've purchased, good fit and ideal in inclement weather. Real value for money

Excellent jacket, very warm and waterproof. Double zip works fine with no problems and hood stores neatly in pocket. Unfortunately the Side pockets do not have poppers as shown in photos but they are roomy. Excellent value for money but it would have been good to be able to secure the side pocket flaps with poppers/studs.

Amazing value for money

A quality wax jacket at a ridiculously reasonable price. It has enough pockets, including an inside poachers pocket. I haven’t really tested it’s waterproof qualities yet, but I can vouch that it’s incredibly warm and the 2XL fits me perfectly. I’m astonished that you can buy a jacket of this quality, in this day and age, for less than 35 quid. I’m totally happy and certainly recommend it 👍🏼

As with all wax jackets I’ve had, zipper is an absolute b———s to use. Why is this? Sleeves could have been a little longer but still usable. Close to being an OK jacket.

Ordered large and for me this is the correct sizing for large as there is room for extra work wear if needed. I took the risk reading the reviews and things like the zip are good and it has poppers. Use silicone oil on these if they became stiff. The hood is a great and folds up nice for a pocket, but as I work a lot outside I will buy a wide brimmed waxed hat. Overall a really good coat for the money and made in England. Beware I had it a week and popper button fell off, took ages to get a replacement so I have down graded my review to match my experience.

I bought this twice on my size and later a larger one so I could put on thick winter jumpers. One thing annoyed me is the lack of a internal pocket. For now it is a 4/5 because of this. Fantastic Jacket, warm and rain proof A good Buy. But internal pockets would make it Brilliant.

Basique, fil de couture qui dépasse un peu de partout... le fait que la veste soit matelassée est un plus car elle tient vraiment chaud mais l’inconvénient c'est qu'on fait un peu bibendum michelin!
