If you must own a waist trainer for any reason then this is the one. Quality ☑️ Length check ☑️ Comfortability ☑️ Sturdiness ☑️ Durability ☑️ Etc. Everything is good with this product. Although I see lots of comment about size, for me it’s true to size but the only thing is, it might be difficult to clip up at first but will definitely stretch out a little to fit perfectly giving you that snatched effect, except you have way too extra tommy or you are the type whom doesn’t want as much snatch as possible, then, you could size up just once. I’m saying this because I used the reviews to size up and was too big for me had to return and re-order my exact size. The refund process was same day, surprisingly. I could go on writing, this product is just too good.

I'm a size 18 and this reduced my trunk by 3 inches. It did not give me an hourglass shape, it was a very straight shape. It's long, doesn't ride up, is comfortable once it's on, but it's not easy to get on first time. Also the material is rubbery inside so quite hot. But it did the job well and stands up to repeated use.

I used it during my post partum period for west teain after normal delivery. I frlt it was nice product but less flexibility. However material was breathable

I was shocked when I received this item. It appears it was pick from the bin, so dirty , smelling and disgusting.It is not new, unprofessional. This does not deserve 1 star

OMG this is the most comfortable waist trainer I possess. I've been wearing it every day for about 8 hours for about two weeks. I've worn it during workouts and at work and have significantly reduced my waistline by two inches. I am now on the 1st hooks and trying to get to a 27 inch waist. I didn't measure my waist before I started but it must have been about 29.5 to 30 inches. It's now a 28 without pulling the tape measure tightly. I haven't really been dieting but I do eat healthily anyway and have always worked out. It looks great under clothes although I wouldn't recommend wearing tight fitting thin bodycon dresses because you would see the panel at the front. I'm only 5ft tall so this was perfect for my short torso. When washed it dries easily and goes back to original shape without lumps and bumps. What else can I say but just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I’m 6ft4 bloke with 34”-36” waist and was struggling with back pain and posture. It is difficult and frustrating to get male version as sizing is bit odd and short. Looking at the table I would go for 3xl but seen one review when someone followed their gut and ordered xl. Good I did as it fits just perfect
