I purchased this mattress after reading some reviews and trying it out at a local mattress store. The manufacturer's 1 year return policy was also a big factor in my decision (I have purchased 3 mattresses in 5 years). I have had a bad back and hip for years. My chiropractor recommended trying a firm mattress (I've been sleeping on a soft pillow-top) and it has made a difference. I sleep a little better and my morning back pain when I wake up is a little less. Allows me to get moving much faster in the morning than before. The edges of the bed are pretty soft (if you roll over too close to the edge, you will fall out of bed) but as long as I stay close to the center, I sleep pretty well. It came rolled up but once I unpacked it, within 24 hrs it was ready to sleep on. I wish this manufacturer made an even firmer mattress, but, its much better than what I had! Would definitely recommend for people with minor back/hip problems.

Okay y’all I did my research, I did so much research you would have thought I was buying a house or a car! My husband was set on the dream cloud because his nephew has one and loves it. We ordered the 14” Queen w/7 layers of pressure reliving points, luxury hybrid mattress. When it got here we followed the directions of laying it flat for 72 hours. When we first opened it immediately popped up to 12” and folks that’s all it ever went. It never got to 14” and besides that the side are so soft you slide right off of them. The first night I thought okay this isn’t bad but by our 3rd night it’s already getting softer ☹️. I can tell it will not last 5-10 years. So my rating is a 3. Not happy with it. On to doing more research. As they say you get what you pay for. We are in our 60’s and have many joint issues, we both have had neck surgeries. I’ve had bilateral knee surgery and getting ready for back surgery in a few months. If anyone has a good recommendation for a good mattress for these issues I’m open to hear of them.
