I love this collagen I’ve been using for quite some time now my hair is healthier than I’ve seen it in awhile. Nails stronger all my aches and pains in my joints are gone! I highly recommend using it, no flavor to it so you can add to your code or protein drink or whatever you like to drink it dissolves easily!

I have found that collagen is healing for my gut, quickly turning the tide on some horrible results of food poisoning. This collagen really helped with that. I am also hoping for help with arthritic knees, but waiting for some time to pass before I decide about effectiveness for this issue. However, the increased gut health is enough to keep me taking collagen. Pros: works well no flavor clean sourced Cons: difficulty dissolving in liquids, worked best to stir into cold water & leave a few hours then come back and chug it. a bunch of supplements added to it that I was not sure I needed cost is high and makes it hard to add this to my routine on a regular basis conclusion: I tried a different collagen when this was out of stock. It is similar, but does not have the added supplements, is cheaper & dissolves better. I decided to switch and did not look back.

On the pricier side, but I love that it dissolves better than any other collagen powder I've tried. Also, there is no detectable flavor, and it pairs perfectly with my green tea. Love that it includes every collagen type, along with Vitamin C.

Taste requires a little patience. The consistency is my main issue. One is to mix it within water or juice; regardless of my choice of liquid or how fast I mix/shake it, the powder still clumps, making it difficult to consume the full amount (sticks to the glass, straw, ice, etc.). I’m willing to finish the product, but I’m still debating on whether or not to repurchase in the future, though the combination of collagens is worth considering. I really wanted to love this collagen. The advertising got me, and I decided to try it. There is definitely a taste but it's not bad. You get used to it. But mainly, it has a residue left over. These pictures are from 2 different days, and there is substantial grainy residue left after drinking. These cups had a cup of coffee, 1 scoop of the collagen and a splash of half and half. That's it. It does not mix quickly and easily. I used the tiny whisk mixer to combine it, and there is still graininess left over. I got a little in my mouth at the end and it felt like sand. Ugh.
