This book is awesome, especially for the price. It's very simple, but it is meant for very young readers. The picture quality is just gorgeous and each page is full of simple facts for small children. My two kids are four years old and almost three years old, and they listened to me read this to them twice in a row, and then continued to beg me to read it a third time. It's not a super in depth book, but for only a couple bucks and some change, it's a great purchase and a lovely introduction to how plants are born.

Glossy print, and an equal amount of pictures and informative content.

National Geographic never disappoints! This was a fun, easy read to encourage my daughter to learn more about seed growth, as well as work on reading!
