Nothing to dislike. Beautiful knife, sharp with a lovely pattern. Be careful not to cut yourself as it will cut through your bone. Beautiful sharp knife, I don't need to press hard for it to cut. This sharp knife cut through a whole crusty loaf of bread and I didn't have to glide the knife forward and backward as you would do with a bread knife to cut a slice. This knife cut straight through the bread. This knife cuts through almost anything. You will not be disappointed as it also keep it's sharpness. Thank you.

This is a very comfortable knife but it could've been a bit sharper and the edge wasn't the most even all the way along the blade. I quite like sharpening my knives though and the quality of the materials is great for the price so it wasn't a problem for me. It's a little heavy if that bothers you but I actually prefer that as it lets the knife do most of the work when it comes to cutting. The damascus pattern wasn't as pronounced as shown in the photos but I'm no metallurgist so I couldn't comment on if that matters in the slightest. The pattern isn't laser etched (I've had other knives with fake damascus patterning so I know what to look for) so I've no reason to believe there's any issue here.

I have buying this beautiful knife .what is needed for every hobby cook .the handle is good to feel in hand the steel is good working the knife is truly very sharp .Who women and man are scared for sharpness then is not good for them . Every cook get happy with this knife who like cutting with sharp knife .I have some different food sliCed with this knife you can see it in video how work it in kitchen . P.s I am not professional cutter

Razor sharp, easy to handle and comfortable to use. Packaging case isn’t the best, it’s almost got a hardback book feel to it? Good enough as a gift but it does flake and perish over time. As for the knife, no problems at all. I love the look of it, it’s genuinely beautiful. Brought a little bit of enjoyment back into cooking.

Brought for Christmas present. Had a look myself at the chef knife and is really well made.

Llevo unos días con el y la verdad es que no puedo estar más contento. Llevaba un tiempo queriendo tener un buen cuchillo y creo que he acertado. Lo he cogido en una oferta flash y por el precio no y la calidad no tiene nada malo. En la mano da la sensación de robusto, bien acabado y sobre todo cómodo. Es un poco pesado en el primero contacto, pero después es que ni se nota cuando estás cortando. Soy cocinero profesional y corto bastantes horas al día y no se nota durante el paso de las horas, te diviertes con el. Un verdadero bisturí, corta todo lo que le pongas por delante y apenas tienes que esforzarte por hacer el corte, se guía prácticamente sólo y apenas haces esfuerzo. Encantadísimo la verdad, si estás pensando en comprarte un cuchillo bueno, sin duda es una muy buena opción.

When the other reviewers say that this is a sharp knife they are not exaggerating. This knife is undoubtedly the sharpest knife I have ever purchased, bar none, almost scary sharp. I have used it cutting meat and vegetables, and it slides effortlessly through everything. A real pleasure to use. It is also a beautiful knife, very well constructed, good balance and comfortable in your hand. The manufacturer's attention to detail that went into this knife is clearly evident in the finished product. The only thing that would make this knife even better is if it came with a safety sheath to protect it in my knife drawer. (found one made by CfoPiryx for $6, perfect fit) You can spend more money on a chef's knife but I don't think you could purchase a knife of much better quality than this one. For just $50 AND free return it's well worth giving it a try.
