F4H DK18 Auto Incline Multi-Media Auto Lubricating Shock Absorbing Folding Treadmill - Black, Large

1 star lost due to delivery & not having a pause function. Delivery arrived on time but the courier was pretty poor and didn't text to confirm delivery and arrived 20 mins later than my 3 hour window (7.20pm) and IMPOSSIBLE to get through to courier on phone (and when I did they cut me off!). When the box arrived it was wet through and smelled like it had been dragged through a field, though this may have been due to the weather on the day of delivery - still not great when you're asked to retain the packaging in case of return. Had the treadmill since December and so far have no complaints - everything worked fine and seems to still be in good working order. It is self lubricating as you just pour the lubricant into the flaps at the back of the running board and the machine does the rest. I love using it - mainly for walking but have done some jogging. The incline isn't very visually noticeable but you can feel it in the workout - would love to know how to double check its inclining properly though. The display hooked up to the net ok, loaded YouTube up and the speakers are amazing! The only issue with that was when changing the speed the video and volume would go off. Not tried it with MP3 yet as I use it in a room with a TV. The display says it hooks up to Bluetooth scales but not tried this feature yet, but a nice surprise as you can create 'users' to track exercise. Really impressed with the quiet operation - use it with a rubber mat underneath. I've found the machine easy on my joints and has really made a difference with my bad back which is due to poor posture (and probably weight - weight limit confirmed in user manual so good for heavier users). Couldn't be happier with this purchase right now and if it continues to work as it is I'll be very happy. (£350 plus p£p)

This treadmill is quite easy to assemble, but does take a bit of time, and definitely a two man job. You will also need two healthy strong people to move it to wherever you want it to go. It operates smoothly, and quite quietly for a treadmill. We are very happy with it.

Great product when it worked. Developed an electrical fault after a few months. The company didn't rectify the fault. They were tardy getting back to me to begin with and are now not responding to me. Avoid!

The tread mill is fine. When it arrived the screen did not work. The company provided a an alternate screen which I have to fit my self. That was a fiddly job for a 79 year old. But after a bit of struggle, I have completed the task. Now it is working well. The company did not respond initially.

Screen only part function some parts of the screen do not work, can not add peoples profile. it's now a complete a pill of junk.
