Should I order the same size i wear in shoes/boots??

Yes they are the same size as shoes but if I were you I wouldn't order them at all! They don't even last six months if you need them for activities such a daily dog walking. The foot always cracks open on the inside leg. I have had three pairs and now buy other brands. Joules are no good either.

I am confused by the description of these boots. Are they glossy?

The navy boots are definitely not glossy. I had to send them back.
