Super good scoby Good price, helped my Kombucha turn out perfectly. Was a big size, the color was perfect.

Very professional. Scoby was carefully packaged and came with a good amount of liquid. My kombucha turned out great. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

On reflection, I should not have ordered Scoby to be delivered in Minnesota in January. I immediately followed directions on the package and put it in the starter liquid. I noticed that nothing was happening after having it in a warm environment for 2 weeks. On the off chance it had just gone dormant, I left it for another week but now white mold is forming on top so I dumped the batch and the Scoby which had disintegrated to a single layer. I have brewed kombucha before so I definitely know the difference between small scoby and mold. I'm not going to ask for a refund because, as I said, I should have relied on my own common sense but either Fermentaholics or Amazon or both should note that this shouldn't be shipped to areas with extreme temperature differences.

Worked great got me a scoby quite fast. The starter liquid was abit weird but it worked so I am happy.

انتظرت لم اقيم كنت انتظر تتم التجربه مرتان انني خبير بالكامبوتشا ودائماً اعمل لي بالمنزل لكن للاسف لم يعمل لا اعلم لماذا هل فسد اثناء الشحن او هناك مشكله رغم انني كنت على مايرام بسكوبي من شركة اخرى واختي تطلب نفس هذا السكوبي وممتاز معها ربما السكوبي الخاص بي يوجد خلل به

Don't waste your money. The Scoby is so small, and did not work. I've made kombucha before, and bought out of convenience. Ended up buying local and I'm brewing it beautifully. Save your money and buy local, you can find for $5-10 bucks, sometimes free. So much better.
