I paired this with the RestoraFlor and I was so pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. I immediately noticed an improvement in my gut health, and I enjoyed the taste. It mixes best when you add just the smallest amount of water at first to make a paste, then slowly mix in more water. The price hurts, but it's effective enough to make it worth the money for me.

It is easily miss mixed with a whisk into any drink. You really should use a variety of sources and probably the best ones are natural foods like sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, and yogurt. I'm a fan. + I like the flavor a lot. The citrus flavor mix is refreshing and good. + I find this does help me with regularity. I tend to see the effects the next day and that works for me. + So we as a culture spend $3-$6 on our energy drinks, coffee, tea, etc. For less than most energy drinks I get a full 16-18oz drink of good stuff for my body. Still some are not going to be happy with anything more than "near free", but if I'm truly finding this useful it is affordable and more fun to ingest than a bunch of pills. > My only complaint is the sachettes don't open easily. I almost always need to find scissors to open this. Sure a piece tears off, but it's too high on the sachette that it doesn't actually provide an opening. + The mix dissolves easily. OVERALL: For LESS than the cost of pre-/pro-biotic supplements and/or energy drinks this works well.

If you're ok with fake sugar you might like, but my whole family hated the taste.

I love the tropical flavor of this supplement. I’ve been drinking it a few days and I’ve had regular bowel movements and less bloated feeling. The powder is easy to dissolve and doesn’t leave any residues. I will definitely reorder after finishing the whole box!
