Purchased for my diy dog food as part of her dietary needs. Seems to be legit.

Packaging is great, Company seems 1st class. Kelp coloring is questionable, a tan, not green.
Not quite sure. I take kelp powder for a safe iodine supplement vs. Lugol's that bothered me. This is a tan color vs. the green color of my prior powder. Not sure if it was because this one says "extract"... Other than this question, the packaging is great, the powder seems tasteless just like the green hue kelp powder prior. Just hope it is supplying me with the iodine one needs.

Reasonable price
I add this to my natural salt to get iodine. Works well mixed with Real Salt.

Sea Kelp
