The item is good. But the packaging wasn't appropriate at all, due to which the product got damage a little(very little which is totally negligible). I think i'm very lucky to get the product(including all the parts) in OK condition after all that poor packaging. Overall the item is clean and sturdy and i'm very happy with it. Also, one of the surfaces of the item including the sides are smooth and another surface is slightly rough. The screw holes for the metal stands are on the smooth surface, so I've keep my monitor on the rough surface side. I dont why(I might be wrong) but it feels like that should've been the other way around(although I don't really care much)

Very bad product. The nail wasI had a very disappointing experience with this product as well as the after-sales service. The stand quality is poor. The nail/screw does not fix properly into the wooden legs, making the stand unstable and unusable. Because of this defect, I tried to return the product, but return was not available, so I opted for a replacement instead. The replacement process was even worse. When I contacted customer care, the representative incorrectly told me that the replacement had already been delivered, which was completely untrue. After I clarified that nothing was received, they said a pickup would be arranged the next day, but no one came. I contacted Amazon customer care again, and they repeated the same response without resolving the issue and abruptly ended the chat. Overall, this has been a waste of time and money. Poor product quality and extremely poor customer support. I would not recommend this product to anyone. not

Received the product today. After unpacking, found that every corner is chipped off. Assembly instructions are not provided. Only stickers are pasted with numbers. Glossy finish is inside and matte finish is outside.
