Remote NOVOFERM NOVOTRON 502 Frequency 433.92 MHz 2 Channels

My original remote for my garage door stopped working so I needed a replacement. This product is bigger in size than the original but has the same product code. It took very little time to program it to the garage door control system and functions as it should.

Great delivery service came really quick,I ordered this item to replace one of my remotes that had given up after over 10 years.This new remote is an upgraded and got the number off the back of the old one to make sure it would be compatible.It comes with the batteries in,I thought there would be isolated but it was ready.The instructions on how to pair remote to transmitter are picture format.I would recommend checking on internet and printing out manufactures instructions of the transmitter it helps been able to read instructions also if you ever loose remote you can delete pairing so nobody else can open your garage door while you get a replacement remote.I paired remote to transmitter in a minute and it works great I am very pleased with this remote an Excellent Product !!! also the price of £30 some companies are selling this remote for over £52.

Like others have said was easy to program especially not being technically minded.

Got this to replace my existing remote which inconsiderate decorators broke when working at my home. It arrived very quickly andcame complete with 2 batteries. Very easy to link to the main head unit so I was up and running in a matter of 60 seconds. Only issue I have is the outrageous price. There is no way these are worth even a quarter of the near £40 they are being sold for but to a degree, you are being held over a barrel as there aren't many alternatives.

Wanted to replace lost remote key for automated garage door. I asked for a quote from the company that installed my garage door, they quoted £58!! I had the make and model number for the key so decided to shop elsewhere. Came across this seller with excellent reviews, and at half the price. Key arrived on time, batteries are already installed. Used a small screw driver to push a small catch inwards on the motor control. this flip the clear plastic cover open to get to the control panel. Following the clear instructions that came with the key, it literally took seconds to sync remote key. For my motor, round button on key is to operate garage door, oval button to operate light that is included on my motor control. Very happy with product from this seller and would definitely use them again.

Very pleased with this item, which has replaced one damaged by water. Delivery was quicker than expected and programming took only minutes and worked first time. Recommended.

Arrived earlier than expected. Only instructions for programming is a very small leaflet with pictures on. Doesn’t tell/explain anything really with regard to programming so have taken battery out and inserted this into my old device.

Brilliant genuine replacement, or additional, remote controller at an unbeatable price. Service was very quick, even over Easter weekend. The included instructions are not very clear but, fortunately I have the original door installation instructions and completely the cloning at first attempt in less than a minute.! The instructions are also available on the "net" and even a video on YouTube.! Overall a brilliant buy. Highly recommended.

Ich habe den Handsender Novoferm 502 als Ersatzsender gekauft. Wie gewohnt bei Amazon war der Versand recht schnell. Den Handsender ausgepackt, die beigelegte Bildbeschreibung angeschaut und dann versucht den Sender mit dem Garagenantrieb zu verbinden. Die Bildbeschreibung ist schlecht. Nach viel probieren habe ich es dann doch noch geschafft. • Die Abdeckung vom Garagenantrieb öffnen. • Rechts die breite Taste einmal kurz drücken. • Auf dem Display wird eine 1 angezeigt. Die nach kurzer Zeit anfängt zu blinken. • Nun auf dem Handsender die Taste ca. eine Sekunde drücken, mit der man das Tor öffnen und schließen möchte (ich habe die Obere der beiden Tasten gewählt). • Im Display unten rechts neben der eins, blinkt ein Punkt fünfmal auf (bedeutet die Verbindung ist erfolgreich verlaufen). • Nach kurzer Zeit erscheint eine Null von selbst auf dem Display. Taste eins ist nun programmiert. • Am Garagenantrieb die rechte breite Taste nun zweimal kurz drücken. • Auf dem Display erscheint nun eine 2. Auch die blinkt nach kurzer Zeit von selbst. • Nun die zweite Taste auf dem Handsender (bei mir ist es die untere) ca. eine Sekunde lang drücken. • Wenn auch hier unter rechts neben der Zwei der Punkt fünfmal blinkt, ist auch diese Programmierung erfolgreich gewesen. • Mit der Taste zwei kann man nun das Licht an dem Garagenantrieb steuern. Wenn man weiß, wie es geht, dann ist das Anlernen des Handsenders sehr einfach und nach wenigen Minuten abgeschlossen. Der Handsender an sich ist wie das Original sehr gut verarbeitet. Der Handsender funktioniert tadellos. Sollte mal ein Sender kaputt sein oder verloren gehen. Würde ich mir immer wieder diesen Sender kaufen.
