Q: I’ve stopped collecting since todd mcfarland started making the figures the are just gross looking. is it worth collecting any of this series?

Most of these figures are based on varied Batman storylines in the comics. Sometimes the comic artist makes Batman look skinny or long. I think MacFarlane does a great job at recreating a 2D art into a 3D figure. He's just mimicking the artist. They definitely are worth collecting. The New 52, Rebirth, Metal, Court of Owls, Batman who Laughs, the last Knight all got really great figures. If you can get them for under 20, even better deal
