Perfectly cleansing and nourishing hair care for my color-treated long hair (highlights and lowlights). It helps with detangling and styles acceptably. I do have to add a dot of the conditioner to my very dry hair the next day to get it to cooperate and smooth out again, along with a little water on my hands to disperse it. The coconut-milk type of neutral scent is very mild, not artificial-type, and doesn't seem to follow me around, but I do wish that it was a slightly sweeter smell, maybe a vanilla or floral hint. That's the only aspect that I'd change, but I do like that it's a "clean" and somewhat environmentally thoughtful product.

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner, especially the shampoo. I have very fine hair and this makes it thicker and healthier. I can’t back that up with science, but it feels like it is at least. And I will definitely purchase again.

I’ve gone through a number of cruelty-free hair products and personal care products in general, and the shampoo and conditioner here are easily at the top. So many other products in this category try to veer all the way into using “natural ingredients” and other such misleading and superfluous claims that often leads into the product being all around worse. Several vegan shampoos have left my hair feeling coarse and dry. Most of the conditioners I’ve used leave behind a gross film that never seems to wash out. There’s nothing wrong with making a decent product the same way as everyone else and just… not testing on animals. That appears to be what Pacifica has done here. The shampoo works like every other decent shampoo; it lathers, it rinses out clean, it doesn’t horrifically dry out my hair. The conditioner needs a little extra water to really get around, but I have decently long hair and have always had issues with getting conditioner everywhere it needs to go, but it washes out remarkably easily and leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. Is it going to magically fix your damaged hair? No, no hair care product will actually do that. Biological chemistry doesn’t really work that way. However, if you want an above average product that wasn’t senselessly tested on animals, I have no better recommendation. I do have one complaint, and that’s that the cost is a little much for how little product you get. That’s not uncommon, especially in this category, but it’s worth mentioning. I also am not a fan of the conditioner being a toothpaste tube. It collects water under the cap during showering and will inevitably grow mold. It’s purely a cosmetic problem, but why do that with the conditioner when the shampoo is in a squeezable snap-top container?

I have chemically relaxed hair with some texture still in it and wanted to try a product like K18 and Olaplex but cheaper. I have tried K18 leave-in mask and Olaplex No 4 & 5 (the shampoo and conditioner) before. This Coco Bond shampoo left my hair stripped and tangled. It also caused quite a bit of breakage and shedding. However the Coco Bond conditioner made my hair soft and brought the moisture back to my hair. The conditioner also left a nice shine and smoothness to my hair once I blow dry it. Overall, the shampoo was a no for me and conditioner was nice but nice enough to purchase again. Honestly, Olaplex shampoo and conditioner worked better on my hair than Coco Bond.

Pacifica continues to impress me with their products! This shampoo and conditioner make my hair so soft. It also smells AMAZING! The scent lasts on my hair all day. Great product at a great price!

I absolutely LOVE most Pacifica products but…. Both the shampoo and conditioner damaged my long hair after using for a couple months. I was soaking my hair in conditioner so much because it kept getting dryer and dryer. I kept doing masks, extra hair oil, and no heat and still was getting worse and worse. I only wash my hair twice a week, max. It wasn’t until my husband used it once and immediately said he hated it because it dried his short hair out. I switched to the other Pacifica shampoo and conditioners and after a week my hair is FINALLY soft again. Just be cautious when using the damage shampoo AND conditioner.

el mejor combo shampoo + acondicionador de Pacífica (Al menos para mi pelo, semi rizado, largo medio, virgen). He probado el Rosemary y el Vegan Collagen, también muy buenos! El shampoo huele literal a leche de coco de Tetrapack, con poco rinde mucho, y el acondicionador es espeso, más parecido a una mascarilla. Recomiendo usarlo en combinación con un shampoo clarificante para el cuero cabelludo, ya que si no, puede resultar algo pesado (sobre todo si haces doble shampoo). Si tienes de proyecto dejar crecer tu cabello, este es el bueno.
