WE have a puppy and he chews everything . The leather skin on this means he hasn't destroyed it. As a ball its great, hard yet bouncy.

Seams split after a couple of hours of play
I got this for a works rounders game. After two hours the seams went & we ended up taping the ball up so we could continue playing. Maybe I was expecting too much but thought it should last longer!
