Amazing deal.
This is a pretty good prosciutto which is easily higher grade than anything you would buy at the store for a lot more. Ours came well packed with dry ice, almost 17lb of goodness from the gods. Since this is deboned it is very easy to part with the proper cutlery. One thing that you will want to keep in mind is this prosciutto it is a monster, so be ready to make room for it! We love its classic prosciutto taste which besides going great with regular Italian bread like a nice Pugliese batard, also goes great with sourdough and cantaloupe because it’s nice level of saltiness. One thing I would recommend would be to own a deli style slicer, which I do. With the deli slicer you can cut it nice and thin and trust me, it will be hard to stop eating it.

Exactly what I want, some white good testing fat in the bottom…very very testy, very delicious…exactly the same with the ones that I grew up. Very nice debone also…LOVE IT

The weigh is off
The ham tastes good but because it is not close to 16 lbs as states. It's only 13.8 lbs which is 2.2lbs less (1 kg)

Not amazing taste, but decent value
Description was accurate, including size; packaging was mediocre (cold packs were completely warm on arrival) but we were rather disappointed in the taste. It's rather more dry, hard, and almost nutty tasting than most prosciuttos; it tastes like it's very close to being rancid. But maybe that's just the flavor of this variety.

I gave as a gift and it was a hit. I was told by two members of the family that it was delicious.

Smaller than advertized
Advertised as as approx. 16 pounds. Arrived at 14.5, or 10% less than advertised. So at $200 its $14/pound,not $12.5. $14 is ALLOT for a non-DOP ham. I would avoid.
