This is antacid powder frol mankind it's same as eno if you didn't get that I mean Does the job and I brought it 48 pieces a time coz I have 5 family members and you never know when you need one and since they are sachets they don't go bad until they are open. This is the problem with bottles as you use it air gets it and the bottom half of the bottle is just waste coz it gets moist and the effects reduces 2 packs I get 48 that would last a long time and they are ok for this price
