This listing is for a case of 18 2.1oz size bags. Title is wrong and will be updated shortly by Amazon team.

The ingredients say "contains about 45% cream" but they're parve according to the stamp on the front. so, does this contain dairy or not?

They are referring to the hazelnut as a cream because of the process of grinding them finely until they get a smooth and creamy texture. This is the same as when people refer to peanut butter as a butter even though it's not dairy. The hazelnuts have been turned into a cream texture.
