Hello. The Jojoba Oil is packaged in a plastic bottle.

Q: I just opened my bottle of Jojoba oil. The pump is broken. Is there any chance I could get a replacement pump?

I would imagine they'd send you a new pump or a new bottle... but, lots of times I tried different pumps from old bottles that have the same size screw top.
