I made my first batch of gummies with it, No issues. It dissolved without any clumping once I whisked it in with the jello. The gummies were nice consistency.

Worked great! My new batch of ice cream is perfect just by adding a tiny bit. I love that the bag is resealable. It arrived so quickly, it had to sit for a few days while I finished my last batch. I don't notice any taste or smell differences in my finished ice cream.

Very handy stuff. I'm using it to make some interesting candies and sauces where more conventional emulsifiers won't so (like instead of using mustard). It's especially helpful when your ingredients are kind of all over the place, like a weird mix of starches, and fats, etc.

This is a high-quality, light-yellow lecithin powder that mixes well with hot coffee (I use the frother to whip it up) and milk. It can mimic cream in coffee. The taste is very mild, it's essential for good health in all parts of the body. Lecithin is also used in many candies. You can make a healthy, all-natural candy bar for the kids with lecithin, whey, dates, peanuts and a little stevia or allulose. Add a touch of water. Yummy. Good value for the money. I recommend it.

Bon émulsifiant. Remplace bien le fécule de maïs et autre émulsifiants qui continnent des sucres (idéal pour ceux qui sont intolérants aux sucres qui leur cause de l'inflammation) . En plus, j'ai lu que la lethicine de tournesol est un supplément alimentaire qui est bon pour la santé. Ça fait plusieurs années que je cherche quelque chose qui remplace la fécule de maïs ou autre épaississant alimentaire, et je crois que j'ai enfin trouvé le bon produit.

This brand seems to do what it is supposed to better than the last (different) brand I used to add to my Canna Coconut Oil. It did not clump as the other one did and dissolved faster. Will buy again, but maybe a bigger bag. This one is a bit small but should last me for 2-3 runs
