The threshold brushes at the front door, patio door and garage were changed out, but they were still getting in the house. I read peppermint would deter them so I decided to give this a try. After spraying the thresholds, the first day deterred the bugs by half. The next day they were practically non-existent. Going on day three and I have not seen one bug. I’ve been using it along baseboards and around doorways, and it works well on ants and small bugs on contact. The cedarwood scent is strong at first but much more pleasant than chemical bug sprays. I still open a window when spraying, but it doesn’t leave that harsh lingering smell. I like the large refill size since it lasts longer and feels more cost-effective.
