We have had ours for almost 1 year and it is AMAZING! Buns are warm, area is super clean and the precision is spot on. I’m buying one for a coworker for her baby shower, and I tell everyone about this. I will not be posting a video or pic because that’s weird.

I bought this the end of August but waited until I used it for a while before reviewing. I love it. The remote is simple to use and there are also controls on the side. Waking up in the middle of the night and sitting on a warm potty is wonderful. The spray is strong enough to clean well, and I love the dryer part. It does take a little bit of time to dry, but it is worth it. We installed this in the bathroom downstairs, and I will be getting another for the bathroom upstairs. I had a friend install it but was very easy to install. Everything fit. You need to have a plug by the toilet for this to work.

This is a godsend! Originally we received this bidet last June (2024) as a gift and it's been wonderful. We did have an issue with it recently when it stopped recognizing when a person sat down but LEIVE support responded the same day and helped remedy the situation quickly. They determined the seat sensor was bad and replaced the entire unit with a brand new bidet. LEIVE support was very responsive and they simply asked me to try a couple of things before deciding to just replace the whole bidet. I usually cringe when I am forced to contact support but LEIVE was wonderful. Also, the bidet was very easy to install and included all the necessary parts, fittings, tools and plumbing pieces needed. I'm amazed at how the mechanical, electrical and plumbing all work so well together - and so quietly. Cleaning is really easy because the whole bidet just slides off the toilet with one release button. The water pressure and temperature are both adjustable with the remote, along with other bidet functions and that's really cool. My wife and I both love this bidet and would definitely buy it again. Let me say this is my first bidet seat so I have little to compare it to… The install was pretty straight forward, and took about a half hour. As some other people have commented, the seat is a little smaller than the bowl. I have no complaints about the actual functions. The water is warm immediately and stays warm for the duration. The remote is nice and self explanatory. Pressure adjustment is good and works well. My only two complaints are that the light stays on all night and if you use the heated seat function it stays on unless you turn it off. I assumed that’s what the sensor was for but I guess that only stops the sprayer from making a mess.

I love this thing. Im sitting on it right now and the seat is nice and warm and comfy. Getting used to action back there takes some adjusting but now toilet paper seems primitive and wasteful. This potty makes me feel like im a part of high society. Paper is for peasants.

This bidet is pretty great once installed. All features work as described although the fan is not very strong so you likely still need some amount of TP to dry off. The installation instructions were not great and it was obviously an issue because it came with a supplemental instruction sheet that was helpful but still not entirely complete. It took me about 2 hours to install but I'm sure I could do the next one in 30 min so here are some tips or clarifications vs other reviews: Despite what others mention here I did NOT need to buy a different T-piece adapter - there are 2 sizes supplied 7/8" and 3/8" and the bigger worked on my water line from the wall to toilet. (I live in US). The labels in the supplement and main instructions for the mounting plate differ with respect to the "approach" but basically the top mount approach uses the plastic expansion nuts inserted in the holes in toilet and no nuts from the underside whereas with the standard installation/bottom fix approach you are just using the screws w/ mounting plate and anchoring with the washer and nuts from underneath to secure. Since the expansion nuts did not fit in the holes in my toilet I use the standard installation/fix from bottom approach which makes it a bit more difficult to adjust the toilet to make it straight and tighten but it can be done. Easier if you have 2 ppl but I still did it alone. Use of the supplied plumbing tape is not mentioned in the instructions but should be used for any of the plumbing lines you screw together to help avoid leaks. Check that the washers are in the hoses before you screw the plumbing hoses together and try not to flip the hose that attaches to the bidet if at all possible as it has a filter on one side that prevents junk from getting into the bidet. There is an EXTRA spray head provided but no mention that this is an extra so don't worry if you have an extra piece you don't know if you should install. It's supplied in case the first one wears out which is nice. Wall mount sticky tape provided for the remote is very sticky so you should not have to drill to mount as long as you put the tape on the correct spot on the back of the magnetic mount. Good luck! So far have been using for 6 weeks and love this purchase!

This is a fantastic bidet toilet seat. I love all the features, especially the heated seat. I would highly recommend purchasing this. Leivi has the best customer service I have ever experienced, and they truly abide by their warranty. I had an issue a year later and they answered my email by the next morning and the replacement part was shipped within a couple days. I would definitely purchase from Leivi again in the future.

C’est aussi un bidet vital pour la santé de votre postérieur. La télécommande facile à utiliser permet d’accéder aux maintes fonctions disponibles: ajustement du débit d’eau, position du jet plus ou moins en avant, plusieurs types de jet (droit, oscillant et de massage), ajustement de la température du siège (avec possibilité d’annulation de cette fonction), veilleuse de nuit de couleur bleue (annulation possible), aspiration d’odeurs vers un filtre au Charbon et même séchage à l’air chaud. La fonction massage avec le jet en débit continu, en pressant deux fois le bouton Massage sur la télécommande, offre un nettoyage ultra performant. L’atout majeur de ce bidet est de fournir de l’eau tiède/chaude de façon instantanée. L’installation est plutôt facile et tous les raccords et tuyaux de plomberie nécessaires sont inclus. L’installation (au mur à proximité du siège bidet) du support aimanté de la télécommande (dos aimanté) s’installe rapidement et il est alors facile d’accéder à la télécommande en tout temps. Avant de commander, vérifier bien votre modèle de toilette: ronde ou allongé. Il faut aussi faire attention à la forme de votre réservoir qui pourrait affecter la position du siège bidet. Idéalement, la face avant de votre réservoir doit être droit et surtout sans être bombé vers l’avant afin qu’il n’interfère pas avec les pièces de fixation du siège bidet. Le plus difficile est l’installation de la prise électrique munie d’un dispositif de courant de fuite à la terre. Pour ceux dont le sous-sol n’est pas fini, ce sera plus facile. Une des photos montre la prise électrique que j’ai installée en profitant d’un montant vertical du mur qu’on peut localiser avec un détecteur approprié. Je vous recommande d’utiliser du papier de toilette pour vous essuyer car il peut rester certains résidus. Toutefois, il est certain que le bidet permet d’économiser une certaine quantité de papier de toilette. Finalement, je dois souligner que le service à la clientèle est rapide, efficace et très utile. Alors, ne soyez pas gêné de poser toutes les questions d’éclaircissement sur les fonctions du bidet.

The product is not suitable for all toilets like advertised. They've given me the wrong attachments which doesn't make sense. The hoses that connect to the inlet valves are all in different sizes. Don't know if that's an error or on purpose as no toilet is build this way.

This is a good product at a decent price point. Installation was easy (except that I had to run a new outlet to the bathroom because there was not previously an electrical outlet in the bathroom - but this is not the fault of the product) and product easy to use after installation. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the unit failed after 11 months. However, the support was very good and a replacement item was shipped quickly after I sent a video showing what the issue was. Every product can be expected to have some issues - nothing is perfect, but knowing that the support is good should there be an issue is valuable.

Great bidet with a lot of adjustment but not 5 star. If the remote would save personal settings it would be 5 star but every time you use it you have to adjust all the settings to where you want them.
