My wand worked perfectly, easy to use and assemble, no problems with the gas or light. After one use I can already see it working It uses Argon gas which is helpful for acne and I will be using this instead of any creams or patches from now on as it does such a great job It’s exactly the same as used in a Guinot Hydradermie treatment Start on a very low setting as it can get uncomfortable Fabulous. Followed all the instructions and troubleshooting guide and the device just never switched on. Having to return for a refund which is very frustrating. UPDATE. Seller messaged me and kindly offered to send me a replacement even though I'd already returned the faulty one and had a refund. Fab customer service and my new device is working well.

I’m so happy I bought my high frequency wand from this seller. I received a faulty tube and the seller offered to send me out a new set, free of charge, right away. I am very happy with my wand. It works great. It goes up to a very high strength. I’ve only used it a few times and I’m seeing a slight decrease in my break outs already. I can’t wait to continue using it!

Purple gas is emitted, and I notice that my hair remains smoother. When I apply it to my face and scalp, I feel clearer. They mentioned that the product will last until it is broken.

I bought the purple wand set after already having the orange one. I am very impressed with both. I use the purple to help skin blemishes and the orange for overall skin toning. Dès que je vois qu'un bouton commence a ce formé je prend l'appareil (je desinfecte bien sûr) et ça par en 2 jours. C'est la première fois que je vois mon visage sans croûte. Melhor do que o esperado e a entrega foi super rápida. Pincéis com as cerdas macias, bem 'cheinhas' e embora venham com alguns fiapos mais longos é bem simples de consertar. Também gostei do necessaire que, embora seja fininho tem uma cor bonitinha e de qualidade razoável considerando o preço do kit completo. Na minha experiência comprando kits de pincéis e me decepcionando (pois acabei chegando a conclusão de que terei uso para quase nenhum pincel de OUTRO kit que comprei) eu não recomendaria comprar kits e, sim pesquisar quais os melhores e necessários e comprar individualmente, mas ESSE kit, em específico, me agradou MUITO, considerando a qualidado e o preço. Eu paguei R$ 29,99 e por esse preço eu compraria de novo sem medo pois vou utilizar com frequência pelo menos uns 4 deles e ainda vem com necessaire.
