This product works, at least it has for me, but you do have to give it some time. I’m about six weeks in now, and around week four is when I really noticed a difference. Since then, my focus has been way better. I feel calm and clear instead of scattered, like I can stay locked in and just get things done. No brain fog, quicker reaction time, and my thoughts don’t feel all over the place anymore. Haven't been using this consistently but the days I did use it there seemed to be a small boot to my focus. I guess the results also depend on your overall health and mental state but it will be a good addition to an overall balanced diet and life.
