I've been using these capsules for about a year. The results aren't perfect every time, but I'll continue to buy them because they DO definitely make a difference and I sleep much better using them. Sleep issues are such an individual thing, so it's hard to know if what works for one person will work for another. So I'll start by saying my sleep issues stem from years of C-PTSD, so I have trouble falling asleep AND staying asleep. First, I love that the ingredients are natural herbs. This capsule has a perfect blend of herbs that doesn't cause morning grogginess, and I feel it "kicks in" fairly quickly, like within about 20-25 minutes after taking it. I just start to feel sleepy, although when I actually go to bed, sometimes my 11:00 pm adrenaline suddenly activates and I still have a hard time falling asleep. There IS melatonin in it (which helps you FALL asleep), but it doesn't work 100% of the time for me. Once in a while I need to take an additional 1 mg of melatonin (in the chewable form) and that does the trick. I do love that there's only 3 mg of melatonin in this capsule, and not a high dose. This is an EXCELLENT value for the money, as the dose is only ONE capsule, and there are 60 capsules in the bottle. For the most part, it's been near-perfect for me and I will continue to take it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which I also appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Works great. I have been buying this for my grandma for almost a year now. It's cheaper than Walmart and the subscription for it helps me n remember when she's almost out. She said it works for her.

This is a hit and miss supplement. Sometimes it worked but sometimes completely a waste - so everyone should know, all goodies are in there, but still it doesn't do a magic perfectly and still a journey to go. But keep up great work! Peace of mind is essential when it comes to sleep. Definitely getting there!

I have trouble falling asleep but since trying this product my sleep induction is no longer a concern. I take 2 caps a half hour prior to sleep as instructed and it works each time. This is my second bottle. There is no obviousness signal, simply a mildly drowsy yawn effect. That’s it. I wake up maybe once (due to my pet cat’s insistence) but then I return for some more sleep until I wake up refreshed. No after affects. I recommend this product because of its natural ingredients.

Didn't work at all, don't waste your money.

This is awesome in those nights I have so much on my mind that I feel I'll be up "thinking" - it allows me to rest and quiets my mind
