I have been using this brand for years and truly love it! They maintain cold ( or heat) for 30/40 minutes and are soft and pliable which is really important. I use them on my neck, back, knees, wherever I might need them. Highly recommend!

These cold packs come in a variety of sizes, and I have several. I rely on them frequently for chronic pain from past injuries. I love that they cone in a 2-pack, so I always have at least one ready to go. They are filled with clay instead of gel, so they don’t get too cold. And their cozy, furry surface eliminates condensation, which I love. My clothes stay dry, but the pack stays cold, and I get consistent pain relief.

Once I used a couple of these at someone else's house, ordering my own was a no brainer. You can freeze them for always ready ice packs or nuke them, they hold the heat or cold for a decent length of time, they're portable (great for travel) and flexible to mold in various ways. Highly recommend!

They hold heat/cold for about 1.5. To 2 hours. They are pliable and easy to wrap around areas like ankles, knees and feet. Very good product.
