Do you have to use an Ember cup or am I able to use my other coffee mugs?

You have to use the Ember cup. The saucer is just for recharging the cup.

I have to heat up my ordinary espresso cup with my automatic espresso maker. can the ember be heated before receiving the coffee?

When the house (and cup) was really cold on some mornings, I'd preheat the Ember with hot tap water. That worked but there's no need to do it when the room temp is more normal.

Is the charging base compatible with the Ember Mug? (and is the cup compatible with the other ember mug charging bases).

I have three different sized Ember mugs and use the bases interchangeably.

Does it get hot on the outside?

Yeah, it’s not too hot but it’s hot on the outside, but it really keeps the coffee or whatever I have inside hot as well

Buon prodot

Finalmente un prodotto che fa quel che promette. Dopo aver provato diversi “scaldatazze” che non riescono a mantenere il calore questo fa il suo dovere. Si può scegliere a quale temperatura mantenere il liquido attraverso una app sul telefono. Forse un po’ macchinoso per un over 50 ma ce la si può fare 😅 Unica pecca il prezzo di vendita molto alto.
