They aren’t the cheapest for what they offer, I mean, no Kool N Soothe pack size is cheap for the product, it is a one/ two use product per sheet. Unless you are really desperate to get your money worth and re use the same one many times, but the effect is poor. Each sheet at first use will do a great job at cooling down and relieving any pain on the affected area, I have used it on my forehead, Shoulders and back of neck before.
