I was advised to update the software, which I did, and it didn't turn on again after that. Am currently going through customer services to get it fixed under the warranty, but it's not an efficient process. ### ⭐ Not recommended *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 October 2017* Don't buy this phone. Very annoying. Really slow to respond. Sometimes (a lot of the time) it never responds and sticks. Apps close down unexpectedly. The whole phone shuts down unexpectedly. The camera front and back camera are not very good. The front does double exposures. It also isn't able to find wifi signals. The keyboard is so slow I give up.
