Great product however does smell so use in a well ventilated area. I applied it to a warm iron and was very supposed how well it worked ( my solar plate was very full of suckling on gunk). All gunk was removed and I have enough left over for a second application when I need to. Now just need a fairy to do the ironing

The item i received is in different packaging but seems to do the same thing, works well. Followed the instructions and it cleaned the iron well, it was quite bad so needed to do it a few times. Can I suggest removing any water from the tank of the iron and doing this by an open window. When you apply the product it melts and needs to stay on a few minutes so you need to hold the iron upside down. The fumes are not great but the only way to keep the iron upside down and flat is to hold it so being by a window will help you avoid the fumes. Even after a few applications I still have around 75% of the product left, enough for another few cleans at least. Great value.

This is an excellent product but quite lethal as far as fumes go. I used it to clean my elnapress so it is my fault that I got too close to the plate. After drinking plenty of water I was fine and will buy this again as one file doesn't quite finish the job but clean it, it certainly does. I gave this 4 stars as oppose to 5 because it does literally melt down like candle wax!

Efficient - if you follow the instructions and heat up the iron before application, then wipe, it does clean burnt marks on the iron. I had to apply twice to remove all residues, using a damp cloth, but my iron now looks perfectly clean! I would advise to protect surfaces before applying though as the iron cleaner stick melts off the hot iron and when it cools down it solidifies just like wax - I would definitely recommend -

this product did not do a decent job, it didnt clean the iron only made more mess. it took longer to clean the mess left from the stick than it did to actually clean the iron. In the end used toothpaste which cleaned the soleplate well.

It actually works, I have even bought another one now . It is so easy to use. When you decide to iron make sure you clean the plate with a cloth as it can leave a smell .

My iron was very bad. Cleaned it to almost new.

C'est magique ! On passe le bâtonnet sur la tâche du fer à repasser chaud. La tâche disparaît instantanément. On essuie le surplus du produit avec un sopalin et c'est propre. Très bon produit est relativement bon marché.

Le bon vieux "savon en stick pour fer à repasser" de nos ancêtres, l'odeur dégeulasse en moins ! Aussi efficace mais n'arrache pas les yeux et les poumons. Bon, on est d'accord : sur un rebord de fenêtre c'est mieux, mais l'odeur résiduelle, inévitable, ne fait pas fuir chats, chiens, cochons, couvée ! Je rachèterai sans hésiter.

Fonctionne très bien. Attention quand même à l'odeur que cela dégage,aérée votre pièce avant ,je me suis faîte avoir et c'était très nocif dans ma pièce.

Ce nettoyeur de semelle de fer à repasser est très efficace . Le nettoyage m'a pris un quart d'heure environ pour un résultat parfait. La semelle de mon fer est comme neuve.
