Give up your netti pot. This feels so much easier and easy more effective. I can get my sinuses cleared out with my head kept upright. The amount of salt in the boiled and purified water is properly measured at last. It feels good, unless I am developing a sinus inflammation and then it hurts like hell, but prevents a worse inflammation from happening. So I bought one for a friend. The only improvement I'd recommend is for the manufacture to include a cover for the measuring cup because the cup sits and waits between uses allowing dust or critters to get in. I use aluminum foil to cover it. The syringe cover is excellent. Allows the syringe to be protected and to air out between uses. I am really pleased.

I prefer the simplicity and effectiveness of this system over my Navage device. It's replaced my Navage and I'm not looking back. It's quick, much easier to clean, and I can control the amount of force I want to apply vs my Navage.

This got really good reviews, so I thought I'd try. It's fine , it's just that there's more parts and that it takes longer.

So useful for kids and adults alike. Ordered again because such a good item. New product has a cup and saline to use right out of the box. Awesome!

I didn't want to spend money on that motorized, expensive nasal irrigation device which looked a bit scary to use. This was inexpensive, so easy to use and I can control the force of the water. I use it every night to clean out any pollen, germs and dirt from living in the city. I have less mucus the next morning.
