Really enjoyed reading this book. I like the exercises and the author has even put in a picture of how the exercises have to be done, which is a great bonus. I bought books before with exercises and even after reading them 4 times, I still didn't know what to do. I have been doing the exercises and my pain cause by arthritis in my knee is already getting better. Thanks!

Great book that explains all the details of arthritis of the knee. Also everything else that could be going on in the knee. Very informative!

Very useful for me.

Not very informative more pictures and better explanations would have helped only one knee brace pictured so have no idea what other look like to compare. I find it poorly written. I got better information in a cheaper book. The only sm. positive was the info on replacement surgery and even that was rushed over.

I applied the information in the book and when I later saw my physician she was impressed with how much I knew about caring for my arthritis
