Surprisingly Good For the Price
These earbuds pleasantly surprised me. Their well-reasoned construction makes them fit in the ear a little better than most and the dual-driver design results in rich sound with startlingly powerful bass. The bass notes genuinely thump, like you should be feeling it in your chest but it's in your ears. The sound also has a fuller "feel" to it than is typical for earbuds in this price range, implying a broader spectrum frequency range than most. That actually makes a great deal of sense given the dual-driver design. The only drawback I noticed was that some of the high-mid to low-treble range sounded a little weak, but considering the great bass I'm going to give them a pass on this one. It just isn't reasonable to expect everything to be fantastic with earbuds at this price point, there HAS to be some compromise. I would already describe them as genuinely pleasant to listen to as well as better than average, so I'm just going to give them a thumbs up, a full 5 stars, and call it a day.

Very, Very Impressive!!
At this price point, these headphones are not only surprising - they’re the best I’ve ever used. The quality is impressive all around from the packaging, to the design and build and fit, to the quality of the audio and the microphone. I can’t speak to durability just yet; but so far, I highly recommend!

Good, inexpensive wired earbuds
Considering the price, it's well worth it. Good bass but won't overwhelm or drown out everything else. Has your standard tips to fit your individual ear size.

Very durable
These are some of the best earphones I've ever owned. They've gone through at least 2 washing machine and dryer cycles - they still work like brand new! The sound quality is great. I'm not an audiophile/expert, but I can tell you the bass is great. I'm actually about to purchase a second pair for the future.

Great sound, I'm very impressed
My main reason for purchasing these was for my switch, I almost exclusively play it in handheld mode and until now have been using a pretty decent pair of headphones (Sony WH-CH700N.) I had no complaints about the sound quality of those headphones but was looking for something a little more compact. I don't have a ton of experience with 3rd party wired earbuds (I typically used the ones included with my various phones over the years as well as a couple of pairs of bluetooth ones.) I read some of the reviews and was skeptical of the praise given in some of them. My skepticism, I can wholeheartedly say, was completely unfounded! The first thing I noticed was the weight of of them, there is definitely a noticeable difference between these and all of the phone/device packaged ones I've used. I don't want to say they are heavy, because they were very comfortable to wear, but it definitely gave it a more sturdy feel. For me the fit was extremely comfortable, of course this is a YMMV type observation as everyone has different size and shaped ears and preferences in terms of fit and feel, but for me, the default rubber plugs that were already installed gave a very snug feel without giving me the sensation of pressure or something being pressed against the inside of my ear. In terms of the sound, I went from unplugging my headphones to replacing them with these new buds without adjusting the volume level and there is a noticeable difference, these seem to be louder than my headphones were. I noticed certain subtleties in background music as well as various ambient sounds I never really noticed before. Currently playing Skyrim on the Switch to give indication of type of music and ambient noise I was listening to. I found the voices from some of the characters to have a more natural (warmer?) tone as well (if that makes any sense...) I would not consider myself an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination and am usually one of those "if I hear something from it, it's good enough" type of people. But I am very happy with this product especially given the price point. I have only just received these today so I can't speak to actual durability yet, but the build quality seems to be high judging by look and feel. I have not used the microphone or inline volume controls so I won't speak to either of those. They were delivered exactly when I was told to expect them. Lastly I do appreciate the little carrying case that was included with them as I don't like to wind my wire around things for storing purposes, so it gives me a great way to store them without fear of damaging or the wires tangling too much. As others have said, if you are on the fence about buying these or not, do it. They seem to be well worth the money!

Decent Earphone
Pros: 1. Decent sound quality. Bass is alright. 2. Comfortable to wear for a long duration. 3. Good packaging. Comes with a small pouch for storage. Cons: 1. The oval shape of the ear tip makes it very difficult to put on the silicone ear tips. Deducting one star for that design flaw. 2. Came with only one pair of memory foam ear tip, Medium or Large size. I was unable to put them on the earphone. I think I received an returned item with missing memory foam ear tips. Deducting one star for that design flaw. 3. Price should be lower. At $16, it is slightly overpriced. $11 would be a reasonable price.

Best Budget Wired Headphones
I've had these for a little over a year now and these are the best budget wired headphones I've ever owned. They're definitely comfortable and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. I have slightly large and mismatched ear canals so many other in-ear headphones do not work for me but I haven't had any issues with these. They stay in my ears and can even be painful if they're accidentally ripped from my ears, that's how well they conform to my ears. Sound quality is good, definitely above average for the price point. I listen to music and podcasts. Voices are clear and understandable even in slightly noisy environments. I'm not an audiophile but I enjoy music. The bass is fine, you can really hear it on songs like "Bad Guy" by Billie Eilish but most songs that don't really push the bass don't make much of an impact. The mids and hights are good so vocals are very clear. I don't think the average user would have any complaints about the sound quality unless they love overwhelming bass. The "noise cancellation" is just passive, relying on the shape of the earphone itself to block out sounds. I've found they do an okay job. If you're in a noisy environment you may have to turn up the volume in order to drown out sounds but I don't mind a little ambient noise coming in, in case someone calls me and I need to respond. The mic is probably between fine and good. I haven't had any complaints when I talk on the phone with someone. There is no noise cancellation on it so they will hear background noise if there is any but if you're in a quiet environment they shouldn't have any issues hearing you. The additional controls like pause and forward/backward only work on specific devices like phones that still have a headphone jack. My current phone does not have a headphone jack so these headphones are mainly for my computer and PS4, neither support the controls. Durability is good. These are my second Betron headphones, the first pair weren't ergonomic enough for me and hurt my ears after a couple hours. Nothing has gone wrong in my year+ of ownership. I've accidentally left my other Betron headphones in the wash and dryer and they came out just fine, fully functional, I don't see why these would be different. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that just needs comfortable no-frills headphones. These will get the job done and I don't think they'll break down on me anytime soon but if they do, for the price I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. As long as they keep selling these I doubt I'll ever get a different pair of wired headphones again.

Great design and sound for something in this price range.
For the price you pay for these, it's hard to criticize but the sound isn't as "amazing" as some reviews suggest. I've read at least one review that suggested tinny sound with no bass but I found that bass is more than adequate (provided that you correctly fit the earphones). If I was being picky I would say that I did find was a lack of definition in the higher mids and high frequencies that leave the mix feeling like there's something missing. All equipment at this price point is forced to make compromise and I guess this is the areas where the BS10 lets itself down. I should say at this point that I also use Etymotic ER4 studio reference earphones, priced more that 20 times higher than the Betron BS10, and although I would never consciously make comparison, it's possible I'm being a little too critical given the cost? The physical design and style is impressive and the whole retail packaging promises something of higher quality than $12 should be able to deliver. Only time will tell if the earphones will stand up to the rigors of daily life chucked in bags and drawers, and jammed in and yanked out of ears. Possibly the most useful feature that attracted me to this model and brand was the low-profile in-the-ear design, which means that I can lay my head down on its side, with the earphones in, without any discomfort. This alone is worth the price of admission and has been somewhat of a holy grail in earbud design that I have never found in any other pair of earphones I have tried. It also means that I can wear them under my ski helmet for hours without any discomfort. Finally, and again due to the in-the-ear design, noise isolation is pretty good and I'll take that over complex, expensive and often ineffective noise cancellation any day. [UPDATE] After using for well over a year I can say that these earbuds have held up well, so much so that I have ordered a second pair. Very good value for the money. I doubt you could do better at this price. [UPDATE] The only problem I've had with these is that I managed to dislodge the grill when trying to clean it. I poked it back in and it seems to be staying put for now. I have now purchased 4 sets of these and all are still fully functional. I use them almost exclusively unless I'm doing something musically where sound quality is paramount.
