I wouldn’t say it’s billable coverage as it starts to look cakey even with moisturizer underneath. It’s worth the little extra money to give more coverage, but I’ve noticed if it’s not set and I touch my face it transfers to everything I touch and is almost impossible to get off surfaces. With that in mind, I used a makeup remover, moisturizing face wash to ensure everything comes off at night.
