If I had read the reviews I would not have wasted my money on this rubbish! It takes over an hour to heat the food (for ever with frozen food).

Great heated lunch box
I bought this electric lunch box and it really surprised me in a good way. It heats food quite fast and evenly, which is perfect for work or when you don’t have access to a microwave. The stainless steel container is high quality and easy to clean, plus it comes with utensils and a carrying bag, which is very convenient. The 1.5L capacity is great for a full meal. I also like that it includes different power cables so you can use it at home, in the office, or in the car. It doesn’t give off any strange smells and the food keeps its flavor. The only thing is that you need to make sure the lid is properly secured to avoid spills, but as long as you follow the instructions, it works perfectly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!

DID NOT WORK AND UNABLE TO RETURN IT
This product does not heat up food! When plugging on the wall, only the bottom layer food was warm and the top is still cold! And this took 30min more to start work! My friend got other product that has a button and theirs are cheaper and theirs works better than this one. When I request a return and refund since more than 10days ago, no one contact me what so ever! Very disappointing and don’t buy from them!
