Had to order and reorder product twice. They never did ship the correct amount that I paid for. Amazon did reimburse me and told me to keep it. It is nearly impossible to open and when you do , it is in crumbles. Do not buy!

Relief almost instantly. I'm very happy with this item and have ordered a few times and will continue to purchase it 😀

the packaging on the suppository itself was almost impossible to open. I had to use sissores to open and even then was difficult. the actual product was small and not sure had anything in it to relieve discomfort. I had originally order prep H, but it has been delayed several times. Not the best.

This is one of the better products of its kind. Doesn't break a part easily and once in use it does what it is intended to do. And on the hole it feels great 👍 👌

I ordered a 24 ct and they sent a 12 ct. No way to get a replacement or a refund on these either. You will need scissors to open them as they are not the good ones. Once you get the blister open, the suppository crumbles.

If you can finally manage to get the covering on the suppository open by cutting the top part off with a scissors and then you will need to use a small pliers to pull the sides down and off of the suppository, the product is effective. When my current supply is gone I will never order this brand again. I will gladly paymore for Prep H which is the brand I used before purchasing this brand. I don't have arthritic fingers or hands. The suppository covers are unbelievably difficult to remove. Obviously no one in the company producing these has ever tried to use it.

Easy insertion and quick delivery.

Packaging is terrible. Almost impossible to open and quite often ends up busting the suppository
