Dislike had to buy a us to UK adapter plug costing 20 pound so can't us now

Sadly I hadn't realised this product was coming from America, and when arrived I had to then send for adapter. My hubby was seriously ill so never used immediately. When I did bread burnt to cinder. I've made 3 since and each time bread rose but didn't cook. My husband had passed, so I was late with the return option. I sent an e mail about a month ago and although acknowledged no reply. I am now sending for another make as it looks as if I've completely lost that money. Positive I did like the colour x

This bread maker works as it should. It is easy to use, looks good, and was reasonably priced. However, the advert does not make it obvious that not only does it have an American plug but is also 120 volts, so you will need a transformer in order to use it.

Really terrible. Purchased this machine a few months ago and have just got it out of the box to find it has an American plug. So cannot use and will feel terrible about throwing away a brand new kitchen device. Can't send it back or contact seller as past the 30 day mark. Waste of money and the earth's resources.

I had a lot of problems, actually trying to order it in the first place. It was going to take 6 months to deliver. In the end we re ordered it and got it from somewhere else sooner. On my very first use, it blew up. Very disappointed as I liked it for the colour.

I am very disappointed because I bought this bread maker as a gift and it does not work.

Turned up with a non UK plug! Hopeless. No idea what plug it is. Disappointed as it looks good.
