Start off slowly
You have to start off slowly... will make your tummy bloated so start with taking one or two pills a day and go from there. Hate the smell of it but it does its job lol

I buy these capsules 2 bottles at a time.I like to use liquid apple cider vinegar at home but always bring some of these with me in a zip lock when I'm traveling or at work.I take them one at a time to avoid the possibility of them not getting swallowed completely.

Good Value
I really like these capsules. I don't like to take the liquid apple cider vinegar. No after taste and a fair price. I am disappointed that on reorders the count is less for the same money.

Works well for me
This convenient capsule helps keep my blood sugar readings in check. There's no aftertaste and it's easy to swallow. As a side benefit it helps a bit with weight loss as long as you don't over eat. It's not a diet pill.
