if you have difficulty raising the paper adhesive covering, I suggest you use the blade of a sharp knife to lift the paper enough to remove it with your fingers. The most effective tool to size a hat.
If all the products we have tried from hat stores that were useless these sizers are magnificent. Hat fits and my hat sticks to my head like glue. Very comfortable. Thanks a million.

Not enough
Bought these to help my son keep his cowboy hat on during a breezy days. They made no difference there were very thin and would move around

Great product
We lost a bunch of weight and now my western hats are all too big. These solved the problem for my wife and for me. Easy to install. A bit pricey for felt strips with a sticky back, but cheaper than new Stetsons.

Excellent product
This made my hat fit perfectly. I inserted these to the sides of my 500X straw Stetson and it fits like the hat was made specifically for me. My head is in between a 7 1/4 and 7 1/8.

Easy to install and very comfortable
Superb product had a new hat for Christmas it was just to large found this product purchased and they work brilliantly very easy to install and very comfortable soft velvet, when fitted the hat now fits perfectly.

They worked but expensive for what they are.
I got four of these and yes they worked I used three of them inside the hat band and the hat was a much better fit. I fail to see how they can be described as adjustable, it is four foam strips with a sticky back, whic h for 8 quid is not a lot. The only way they could be adjusted is to cut them down a bit I suppose. Overall they did what I wanted them to do hence why they still get 4 stars.
