Great for xbox
I bought the xbox version and it has everything i wanted, great sound quality, comfortable fit works with my xbox for both game audio and chat and connects automatically. Only caveat is you have to buy a $5 dongle which plugs into the back

DO NOT BUY. Would give no stars if I could.
The Amazon box that I received was in good condition. When I opened this box and took out the product, the product box was smashed on the top left corner. As you can see in the photo I uploaded. I didn't think much of it because it's just the box. As far as the positives, I will say, that the product itself is very beautifully designed. Really nice form factor. Relatively comfortable in the ears. Charging case and magnetic feature when you put them back in the charging case is really nice. Overall the aesthetic is very pleasing. But, that's where the positivity ends. The quality of the product which matters way more than the aesthetic is horrible. The sound quality is not great, even at my best sound settings on both my computer and console, the sound felt like it was in a box. The bass was too heavy and was scratchy, the mid-range was non-existent, the high ends were fine but a little muffled. Mic is horrendous. My friends told me that I sounded like I was in a hallway with high ceilings, when I was in a well insulated room. My biggest gripe with this product, is that it advertises a 20-hour battery. This could not be further from the truth. Before using I made sure that it was fully charged to 100%. I used these buds for less than 2 hours. When one of the two died. Within 10 minutes, the other died. I found this confusing because of the advertised 20 hours of gameplay. I figured, maybe it's just that they're new and I didn't really fully charge them, or maybe one was fully charged and the other wasn't. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Plugged it back in. Switched to my old headphones for the time being. Came back an hour later and the headphones indicated that they were 100% charged. Again, less than 2 hours later -they were both dead. This does not have a 20-hour battery life. It has a 2 hour battery life, and this does not work for me as it wouldn't work for anyone. It's a real shame because they're very nice looking , but functionally these earbuds are terrible. Some of the worst. I've gotten $10 earbuds at a gas station, that were more reliable than these. I cannot believe that these run $150. Do not spend your money. I am really hoping that Microsoft comes out with some Xbox proprietary earbuds, as I was really getting tired of the over-the-ear headphones. But they have proven to be much more reliable for now.

Good but short battery life
Works well I am able to use on my pc and xbox easily. Only issue is battery life, it only lasts like 3 or 4 hours at max and after a while of owning them it will shrink. Still works well for me because I will only have one in while the other is charging or I'm just not playing Long enough for it to die

2.4 GHz easy, convenient, comfortable use
To start this review, I have had this product for almost a month. I plan to update in the future particularly if any issues arise. My use case is limited only to the 2.4 GHz dongle usage with a PC, ANC/ambient noise off, and lighting off as well. I have used the microphone for telecommunications (Zoom, Teams) and have had less complaints than when I use the built-in microphone on a laptop. An equalizer is offered in their app (more on that in the following writing) but I have not touched the levels. If this matches your planned usage, my review might be a good read. Compared to another large "gaming" brand in-ear, wireless, 2.4 ghz headphones product, these are excellently comfortable to use over the span of two ~4.5 hour stretches in one day. The fit is comparable to the popular brand name headphones for the fruit-named cell phone. I have had minimal feedback problems which often enough come from walking away from the PC or standing next to my microwave when I turn it on. I am by no means anything of an audio expert so if, like me, you just want the output of the system snugly into your ear canals, the quality should be of no issue. The fit of the base ear tip worked well for me in not only fit but also dampening the surrounding noises in my household to bearable levels. Again, this is without using the ANC feature of the headphones themselves. None of the following are cons per se, but are improvements I hope to see in the overall field of wireless earphone technology. Battery life is average as mentioned above considering the featureless configuration I prefer. I don't mind using my phone to pair the set to the designated app (you don't need to even "pair" them fully to the phone -- it only will interact with the app!) and the configuration sticks even when switching to the "hyperspeed" wireless. In fact, I prefer not needing a desktop program to control my headphones but it could be useful to others who desire the ability. Currently, there is no desktop program (that I have found) which will manage the features of the headphone. The last thing that I pray will come to wireless headphones by some form of engineering magic would be 5.1/7.1 surround sound. This would be a wild stretch to implement though the aforementioned competing "gaming" product suggests the ability, it causes awful distortion when the "surround sound" is virtualized into poppy, crackly garbage. For now, I am comfortable with simple stereo sound until the physical drivers of the headphones themselves are able to support a wider range.

Lightweight, wireless
It Does its job. Sound quality might not be the best but I have no complaints. Virtually no lag, lightweight and comfortable. The voice prompt does feel cheap and hope it can be killed. Razer app is also a trash. Battery life is just okay. I didn't have it dead in gaming session, but I had to charge it pretty often. Other than that I have no issue at all. Recommend it to all casual (playtime less than 2hrs/day) gamers.

Not great, but not terrible. These probably aren't for you at the price.
These just aren't worth $149. Simple as that. Maybe not even worth $99. The battery life, ANC quality, "ambient" quality (where sounds pass through the buds), mic quality and general ergonomics of the buds+case+USB-C plug are simply not great. If you need some only-Bluetooth ANC ear buds of this style, look elsewhere. These aren't going to be for you. They aren't. Don't try to convince yourself these are somehow better. However, if you simply MUST have ANC earbuds with a native plug-and-play USB connection to any PC/Console (to avoid Bluetooth delay/latency), then these aren't terrible. But ONLY if you MUST have that USB connection. I thought I was going to use these as a lighter-weight alternative to my over-ear headphones for gaming and work calls, but I honestly rarely do. I tried, I really did, but these just aren't polished enough to be used as a daily-driver headset. -Battery lasts between 3-4 hours when using the USB. One bud almost always dies >30min before the other one. -Mic quality is "ok" but it will just stop transmitting my voice for a few seconds at a time randomly for some reason. Sounds like a "phone mic" rather than a high quality mic. -ANC is "ok" but definitely doesn't filter out sounds near as well as both cheaper and pricier ANC buds I have tried. -ANC ambient mode is not good. Even with it enabled, you can tell there is still a good bit of noise cancelling occurring so external sounds are still muted some. -Case is on the large side yet there is no place to put the USB dongle. High risk of losing it due to this. -Touch gestures are 'meh'. They're customizable, but a "press" to change something is more like a "3 second hold" to get it to work, which is frustrating. +Sound quality is generally good +Earbud style, so they are comfortable, lightweight, pads are swappable to silicone/foam/etc, works well with glasses wearers or hat wearers. +ANC with earbuds that 'vacuum' into your ears still works better than any ANC over-ear headphones in my opinion.

Not even worth a rating
My best friend and I have been eyeing these for a while and couldn't wait to get them. She ended up buying me a pair for Christmas. These are absolutely awful and are NOT even close to being worth what they're selling them for. The fact that razer put these out is just unbelievable. One, the battery life. I'll use them for about an hour and a half maybe a few minutes over, the buds die and I'll go to put them back in the case to charge and the case will ALSO dead. After one time of charging the case and the buds in the case. This is also with me going into the settings using the app on my phone to turn the chroma off, no lights on at all so that I could test the full battery life. Two, the quality of the connection when actually using them with my PS5. Starts out promising, sounds okay and then 40 minutes in everything starts to sound robot like, almost like I'm too far away or losing connection or i have a bad signal. I haven't moved, still sitting right in front of my console. It doesn't let up either, the only thing that makes this go away is if I disconnect the dongle completely and reconnect it. Three, they feel so cheap, the quality is just not there. The case is this light plastic, just isn't screaming $150 to me. I've used them a couple of times with different devices and these just aren't it. I feel like we were scammed. I'm so disappointed is these, razer really messed up. They're really putting these out and selling them for this much because of their brand and it's sad. Not even worth $50 I'd say. Do not waste your money on these please, there are so many other options.

Not worth $90
Overall the sound was not bad. But I had huge issues keeping the headset connected to my xbox. On top of that unfortunately the better life is almost 3 hours at most even with it being fully charged. The holder for the headset itself charges but will not continue to charge the headset if not plugged in. Not worth $90
