I got medium brown, which is the exact color of my original hair before it went salt-and-pepper. It takes only a few seconds to just cover up some of the gray, and boom, I'm done. Lasts all day, even holds up after a sweaty workout. Even holds up after I take a shower. And best of all, it looks very natural. The main downside is that the color transfers very easily after application.
