Great Gatorade for dehydration

I’ve been having some challenges with my electrolytes and need to drink one of these per day. I love this flavor - I hope that they end up making this in the powder form so that it’s not quite expensive. I like that the calorie count is only 15 and that there is zero sugar added.

A real thirst quencher! Replaces critical electrolytes on a hot day of after a strenuous workout (think mowing the grass in 90 degree heat). Pleasant taste, but a little salty due to high sodium content. A little pricy but costs less than buying at big box or convenient store. Overall, very pleased.

Gatorlyte Zero has quickly become my go-to for hydration, especially after long days in the heat. It’s packed with electrolytes but without the sugar, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I appreciate that it contains a well-balanced mix of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride, you can really feel the difference in how quickly it rehydrates your body compared to regular sports drinks. The flavor is surprisingly good for a zero-sugar formula. It’s light, refreshing, and doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste that a lot of sugar-free drinks tend to have. I’ve tried a few flavors, and all of them go down easy, even when I’m feeling dehydrated or under the weather.

This set is great I wish there were a single flavor pack but overall I like that there is a package for this Electrolyte version. Its difficult to find in stores.

Love these drinks. They give me such a boost of energy and hydration during my intermittent fasting. Some have complained about the taste, but the functionality matters most to me. And I still think it tastes great!
