STHT46010 7-Inch Bi-Colour Quick Square

Purchased this to correct the angles on my circular saw and make sure it was straight after changing the angles for cutting, All good. Hardened plastic so no chance of it rusting but hopefully do not drop it from a great height onto concrete as could shatter. Not looking to use it on a roof though so will last a lifetime

Good quality product, sturdy design accurate. For use on smaller material, bought this and 12 inch version.

This works fine, it is light in your hand and quick and easy to get results. For the keen DIY or occasional user it’s good value BUT it doesn’t have notches on the inner measures to put a pencil in for parallel marking BUT it does have tiny gripping teeth to hold snug whilst you take a pencil out your tool belt Also it’s plastic so no sure how many times the odd drop etc over time will damage the edges? Little things but enough to recommend paying just a little more for the original

I was sceptical about buying a 'plastic' square. Had experience in the past (1960s) when Rabone made a plastic folding rule which expanded in time and became very inaccurate. This square is very accurate against my metal squares but I will keep checking it. The great things is the colour - no chance of losing this one and the markings on it are part of the plastic so will never wear away - very clever. I can recommend this product

Absolutely love this. It is so usefull and handy. I think it's perfect for accurate cuts using my battery circular saw. By far the best tool I've bought in a while.

This item is supposed to be made by Stanley that is one of the reasons I bought it, however it is made in china and although I would like to buy British it seem impossible to do so, everything is made in china. Having said that it is made to Stanley specifications and it does exactly what it is designed to do ,there are more sophisticated models out there but for a one off job this fits the bill.

Seems robust enough, I thought it was made of metal but its made of a good quality polymer. My fault, didnt read description.

Finally! An easy to read, high quality quick square that won't mare my woodworking projects or freeze my fingers in winter. ☺️ Much appreciated. Yes, it's made from high quality plastics, not icy cold aluminum. Thank you. Yes, it's in Imperial units, exactly what I want. (Note. For those who need metric, there's a metric version on Amazon that looks identical, but does not have the Stanley name.) And yes, it's very easy to read. Thanks for the large black lettering on the bright yellow square. Good job Stanley!

This stupid thing has me using it for all sorts of projects that I otherwise probably wouldn't have been doing! It's too hot for this! ... works great, easy to find, weighs nothing, it's a proper speed square!
