I've been using the NEEWER Mini Follow Focus for over 4 months now, and I have to say, it's been a total game-changer for my filming setup. I primarily use it with my DSLR and mirrorless cameras, and it's done wonders for my focus control. The build quality is solid, and it's lightweight enough to handle without feeling bulky or awkward, yet durable enough for regular use. The A/B Stops are a real highlight for me. They allow me to lock focus at specific points, making my shots more precise. I use the follow-focus units in a somewhat unconventional manner. I have two of them so that I can control the aperture as well as the focus. I did not like reaching for the front of the camera to find and adjust the aperture so I figured I could add another follow-focus unit and do the job much easier. It works royally. At this price, I came out ahead of the game. Excellent quality, love the ease of adjusting the focus stoppers.

I use this with my Rokinon cine lens. Nice smooth operation and you can add 2 stops. Good value for me.

***UPDATED*** Ok yesterday I was doing some tests with this thing. It is smooth and works great. Then you set the A-B stops. The focus is off by a long ways. Tested it on 4 different lenses. 2 different cameras. I have bought a lot of Neewer gear over the years. I am constantly disappointed. This one was the worst. ***UPDATE*** The customer service from this seller is top notch. They replaced the follow focus. They were super nice and responded faster than any other seller I have dealt with. The two holes in top of the A-B stop. If you're not using the stops. They will unscrew and they fit in them little holes. I changed my stars from 1 to 4 for two reasons. 1st Customer service. 2nd the new follow focus works spot on with my Rokinon Xeen Cinema lenses. Thank you to this seller for the hook up. I will be back.

I absolutely love this follow focus wheel. It fits perfectly on my rig and it's so easy to use. It's an essential piece to my rig and I am so glad I have it.

Am still using it still work fine no issues

Something broke internally after a few uses and is rattling around, still functions mostly the same but could be annoying for sound.

I was a little worried about the drag from my lens but it works great and haven't had any issues

Amazing follow focus. Easy to setup and control. Only one thing - it will be amazing to have additional wheels, with different sizes in package, to use it with different lenses. The rest is just perfect. Use it more than a year and totally happy with quality. Totally recommend

Bei meiner ersten Bestellung habe ich wohl ein Montagsmodell erhalten bei dem das Zahnrad hängen blieb und das Rad zum Einstellen des Focus durchdrehte. Der NEEWER Support hat sehr schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert und mir nach kurzem Schriftverkehr einen neuen Follow Focus zukommen lassen. Dieser funktioniert jetzt einwandfrei. Das Teil nässt sich leicht montieren und angenehm einstellen. Der Focus lässt sich wirklich weich ziehen und dank den A/B Stops lassen sich geplante Aufnahmen leicht umsetzen. Ich bin rundum zufrieden bisher.

But finicky but once it’s in the right place it works well. It’s just annoyed because you need to have it right on the edge if you want to use a matte box with it. It also works with your own 15mm rods. I have been using the neweer baseplate and rods and I haven’t had a problem using it. You can put it on both sides.

Don't know why I bought i guess follow for aggressive sale on advertising market, well quality good but honestly not use as I found its to difficult and uncomfortable, useless to me but you might like, I do without it better
