Great pencil for everyday use.
I was searching for a pencil which enables me to write small, accurately and legibly for studying bookkeeping at college. I'm left handed. This pencil enables me to do that. I can write very small and still be able to decipher the numbers clearly. In my experience, the leads don't break and there is none of the faff of having to break concentration to sharpen pencils manually. Excellent and valuable tool. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I continue to use it lots!

Excellent mechanical pencil
Excellent mechanical pencil. Full metal assembly giving it a nice weight, and a faceted barrel makes it comfortable and easy to grip. The nib can be fully retracted to prevent damage to the pencil (or your pocket.) The Derwent leads are incredibly smooth - not at all scratchy. I'm currently using it as a sketching pencil, replacing the HB in a Derwent Graphic set.

It does what it does
Nothing to really add. It just works how any mechanical pencil works, you take it out the packet, click the top so the pencil lead can come out and you just start drawing. Don't really know how someone could have a problem with that, unless they deliberately go out of their way to make their life hard. But anyway, good product.

A bit frustrating
The quality is good and it’s decent value. However. The amount of wasted lead is annoying. At a certain length the lead no longer is held in place so it pushes back up into the pen. You lose a good 10-15mm with each piece so you find yourself going through lead very quickly.

Top value mechanical pencil
Great mechanical pencil with a metal body. Slightly oval in cross section to make it more comfortable to hold. Supplied leads are consistent and easy to work with.
