Tawny Crates, Barrels and Chests - 28mm Gaming Terrain

Nice variety of sizes among the pieces. Detail is decent for the size with some graininess. A quick base coat and drybrush of paint made them look a lot better, but you can certainly use them as is.

They look pretty decent, lots of small details. I would say they have kind of a lot of flashing and 3d grain, and needed some clean up with an x-acto knife. The whole idea seems to be they're a time saver if you want to put some scatter terrain on the table quickly, but these would need some clean up and either a wash and dry brushing or a couple layers of paint to look actually good.

More layer lines than the Grand Canyon. Unusable.

Yeah, I am a DM and I am also a Dad who makes Dad DM jokes. These crates and barrels are great, and in this color they arrive ready to use in any map or dungeon. If you want a lot of good crate and barrel obstacles for players to loot, hide behind, or throw at guards, then look no further! These are affordable and, crucially, they have no need to be primed and painted with 7 coats using a brush made of 3 human eyelashes!

I like these, they have some good detail, but they aren't the *highest* quality print, but certainly more than merely passable. Overall, though, I think they are a bit overpriced (I wouldn't consider these worth approx. a $1/piece; I think $8-12 total would have been a *much* fairer price). Not sure how these will paint up. I may just apply a wash and/or dry brush.
